Last week I was inspired by my FORCED 2 week workout hiatus.
I needed to keep myself on track. I decided to change just ONE thing to keep my weight in check.

For me, I stopped eating after 8 pm. Oh, and I TRIED to go to bed earlier. I did my best on the sleep part…sigh.
