When RADiance Goes Awry

This IS the year!  The year to inspire a RADiance Revolution to all that want to join me.

I was ready to take on a new blog as soon as possible. Nothing could stop me.

But something did.

LIFE

My crazy, chaotic, always-pushing, always-dreaming, juggling-it-all, wanting-to-be-famous, life.

It all came to a head about a week into January. Hence, the delay in the launch.

My body decided to force me to stop.  It didn’t ask me, but it DID warn me, and I chose not to listen.  I am a Holistic Nutrition Counselor! I help people develop positive relationships with themselves and food. I pride myself on teaching people how to HEAR their bodies and do what it asks!  And what did I do? I ignored mine.

And I’m suffering for it.

Lesson learned.

God, I get it. And I’m listening now.

My RADiance is still there, but the dimmer switch is on. I’m working through it and it is glowing stronger daily. I plan to be a bright light and a support for you to make your RADIANT Revolution a reality!

How do I plan on doing this?  I mean, why should you read THIS blog?

You will get all this, and more.  All in one spot. I even offer FREE lectures and programs if you feel so inclined. But truly, I just want to be real with you. Life is stressful. RADiance is amazing. You CAN have it.  Let me inspire you to YOUR RADiance Revolution.

    Interesting posts Selena! I have been uber tired lately. However, I feel like I am just burned out. Burned out from gray, rainy weather, boredom and monotony. I don’t think I have an adrenal issue; I think I’m just bored and sun deprived. You know, being stuck in the house the past 2-3 weeks because Bran’s been sick plus the weather. I think I have the winter blah’s big time. Do you have suggestions for the bored (burned out) stay at home mom?

      Hi Alanna. Unfortunately, I don’t have any amazing advice for this time of year. Tanning beds for a few minutes a day is recommended by my ND, as well as Vit D, and even 5 HTP to improve mood. Eat lots of energizing foods…resists the urge for sugar…I know, easier said than done.
